Your Delivery Options

We know how important it is to get your delivery to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, all orders are dispatched within one working day from receipt of your order. All our orders are dispatched via courier service or Royal Mail. Delivery is between 3-5 days.

All our retail customers within the UK and Ireland benefit from FREE delivery on all orders over £45. Orders under this are charged at £5.00. 

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and value of the products purchased. All international orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days of placing the order.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase from WAY to BEAUTY. But if you are not happy, then we promise to give you a refund and to make the process as easy as possible.

To arrange a return simply contact us at sales@wtbbeauty.com and our team will send you details of how to return items to us.


Way to Beauty Returns Policy

  1. Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  2. Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  3. Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  4. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  5. In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  6. If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
  7. Electronics are not eligible for return or exchange unless the device is in its original packaging and condition.
  8. You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items.
